FEMA has issued a Major Disaster Declaration for the state of Washington to supplement state and local recovery efforts in areas affected by flooding and mudslides from November 13-15, 2021. The following counties have been approved for assistance:
Individual Assistance:
- Clallam
- Lummi Indian Reservation
- Nooksack Indian Reservation
- Quileute Indian Reservation
- Skagit
- Whatcom
