FEMA announced today that federal disaster assistance has been made available to the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands to supplement response efforts due to emergency conditions resulting from Tropical Storm Bolaven beginning Oct. 9, 2023, and continuing. The following areas has been approved for assistance:

 

Public Assistance:

  • Northern Islands Municipality
  • Rota Municipality
  • Saipan Municipality
  • Tinian Municipality
