FEMA announced today that federal disaster assistance has been made available to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to supplement response efforts due to emergency conditions resulting from Hurricane Lee beginning Sept. 15-17, 2023. The following areas has been approved for assistance:

  • Berkshire County
  • Bristol County in (P) MSA 1120, 1200, 2480, 5400, 6060
  • Dukes County
  • Essex County in PMSA 1120, 4160, 7090
  • Franklin County
  • Hampden County
  • Hampshire County
  • Middlesex County in (P) MSA 1120, 2600, 4560
  • Nantucket County
  • Norfolk County in PMSA 1120, 1200, 6060
  • Plymouth County in (P) MSA 1120, 1200, 5400
  • Suffolk County
  • Worcester County in (P) MSA 1120, 2600, 9240
