FEMA Major Disaster Declaration – West Virginia Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides

FEMA announced today that federal disaster assistance has been made available to the state of West Virginia to supplement recovery efforts in the areas affected by severe storms, flooding, landslides and mudslides from Aug. 28-30, 2023. The following areas has been approved for assistance:

 

Individual Assistance:

  • Boone County
  • Calhoun County
  • Clay County
  • Harrison County
  • Kanawha County
